What each role can do
Keep techs focused; give the front desk control.
- OwnerFull access — billing, team, and settings. There's one owner (you); you can transfer it.
- AdminManages bookings, calendar, leads, and team — but not billing. Good for an office manager.
- MemberSees and works their assigned appointments and leads. Good for techs in the field.
