Review request.
Sent after a job is marked complete (per the customer's quiet-hours + throttle settings). It asks how the service went, then points the customer to leave a public Google/Yelp review. This is the email half of the review-generation engine on Reviews settings (an SMS version is a later item). Built on the base Email Template.

Extends Email Template · icon star. Sentiment row (great/okay/not great) → single primary CTA to the public Google review (Yelp fallback link). Policy-safe: everyone can reach the public review link regardless of sentiment; "Not great" ALSO routes a private alert to the owner. Not gated. The review link deep-links the customer to leave a review — we never post on their behalf (API reality).
